Elizabeth has worked in the employment support sector since the 1980s managing and delivering national and locally funded provisions for employment support, business start-up and vocational training.

Elizabeth draws upon this experience in leading ERSA’s responses to today’s challenges of economic inactivity and supporting people to engage in employment support to move in to work, upskilling those in and out of work, managing health conditions and supporting people in work to progress.

Having delivered programmes for a wide range of commissioners she advocates for a landscape of national and local provision. ERSA uses #WorkingForBetterWork.
